The BR Series coilover suspension kit is a standout offering, designed to work seamlessly with all stock mounting locations and components. It's the most popular and versatile suspension setup, featuring linear springs (where possible), 30 levels of dampening adjustment with simultaneous compression and rebound control, and a minimum 2-inch ride height drop. Every BR Series kit undergoes rigorous Dyno testing to determine optimal valving and spring rates for each chassis, ensuring exceptional ride quality and reliability. These kits are tested for a minimum of six months before being released to the public.

All upper shock and strut mounts are constructed from lightweight and robust 6061-T6 Aluminum. Front design options include Caster/Camber Plates, Camber plates, and Rubber Mount Plates, allowing for up to 3 degrees of camber adjustment. Rubber Mount Plates are an excellent choice for minimizing unwanted NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness).

Lower shock mounts are crafted from either 6061-T6 Aluminum (Fork or Bolt Eye Style Mount) or high-quality STKM13C steel, with brackets welded robotically. Both styles are powder coated for corrosion protection and added style.

The springs, whether linear, S-barrel, or v-barrel, are made of SAE9254 steel with a Zinc coating under a powder coating finish, preventing rust from compromising performance or reliability. Linear springs are used where possible, and in cases where the vehicle's OE design restricts it, S-Barrel or V-Barrel springs are employed to match OE shape/style specifications, with the spring rate carefully matched to the linear rate.

BC Racing creates its kits using a range of shock types, lengths, and diameters, taking into account data from extensive R&D and the OEM suspension design. Each shock is meticulously assembled in their factory, undergoing dyno testing before being integrated into their kits. The shocks are paired based on their compression and rebound numbers post-dyno testing to ensure even and precise quality and performance. These shocks boast a 53mm shock body for added strength, performance, and increased fluid capacity, with a sleek black chrome coating for corrosion resistance and a clean appearance.
