MINI R52 R53 Cold Air High Performance Air Intake enhances engine performance with its innovative design. This intake system is designed for the MINI Cooper S R53 (2002-2006) and the R52 MINI Cooper S Convertible. It features an integral heat shield made from low thermal conductivity composite to prevent engine heat from affecting the intake air. The heat shield is engineered to channel cold air directly from the OE high-pressure intake system. The kit includes a high-performance Racing Dynamics air filter, a composite heat shield for optimal insulation, and all necessary mounting hardware. Updated with a blue filter, it also comes with detailed installation instructions.
