The M57 Crankshaft Pulley Tool Set is equipped with all the specialized tools required for effortless removal of crankshaft and alternator pulleys, eliminating concerns about having the necessary equipment. Tailored for M57 diesel engines, this kit ensures a swift and efficient completion of the task at hand.


Includes:

  • Crankshaft Pulley Turner Tool
  • Stretch Belt Remover/Installer
  • Alternator Wrench
  • 15/16" Pass-Through Socket (Use in combination with Alternator Wrench)


Standard tools you might need but are not included:

  • 8mm Drill Bit (to use as flywheel locking pin)
  • 32mm Fan Clutch Wrench (ES#2777702 or ES#240950) - You may want a second 32mm to hold the coupler in place
  • 24mm Box Wrench - For releasing tensioner
  • Torque Wrench (ES#2221244) - To torque new crankshaft bolts
  • Breaker Bar (ES#2776653) - to drive the crankshaft bolts further
