Our Turner Motorsport Rear Diffuser was designed, engineered, tested and quality inspected by our Research and Development team. We strive for the highest level of precision and quality through leading edge product development technology including FARO laser scanning for reverse engineering and quality inspection, SolidWorks 3D CAD modelling, rapid prototyping utilizing our in-house 3D printer, and rigorous long term product testing.
Our new diffuser design was based of the status and characteristics of the newest series of M cars. Our impressions of the S58 powered M car reference both motorsport and luxury so we wanted to incorporate both aspects into all of or exterior components including our carbon rear diffuser. Carbon itself has always had a high status in the car community so we were off to a good start, utilizing the carbon fiber we wanted to bring out the motorsport inspiration while keeping an OEM+ fit and finish. After reviewing our design all hands were on-board, the excitement was far too real. Our expectations were far surpassed after having the product in our hands for the first time. We are excited and proud to offer you one of our finest carbon masterpieces that is the G80 Carbon Fiber rear diffuser.

Performance Catback Exhaust for pure unrestricted power and sound. This exhaust takes out all of the stop gates and pairs with the S58 for an iconic driving experience.
If you have driven an S58 car, even in stock form it feels like the sky is the limit.(If you haven't driven one, we are not sure why you are even looking into this exhaust)
When your driving an S58 equipped car such as the G80 M3 you can put your foot to the floor and it feels like the car would keep going and going, possibly with no limit. The G80 driving experience is great but there is always room for improvement. if dropping over 40lbs from just your exhaust and the gain in flow alone aren't enough to sell you, no problem. From enhancing the exhaust with smoother flow paths and taking out the bulky and restrictive muffler we saw gains up to 10hp and 14lb of torque on the stock ecu with zero tuning. Now that there are options for plug and play tunes as well as unlocking your ECU for custom tuning there is a much larger upside for power improvements. You will have to find the other restrictions holding you back from more power because it wont be the exhausts fault, this is as free flowing as it gets.
Here at Turner our mission was to amplify the G80/G82 with a proper catback exhaust system. To accomplish this goal, our engineers increased flow, reduced weight by 26lbs, and delivered an exhaust system that captures the full unrestricted sound of the sonorous twin turbo inline-6 S58 engine. The increase in flow was gained from dual 3.0" 304 stainless steel exhaust pipes that feed into straight-through free flowing rear section. We specifically designed this catback with flow in mind to ensure the exhaust would never be a restriction. Weight reduction is achieved by replacing the factory piping with lightweight 304ss for a more-than-modest weight advantage. The best part of the Race Inspired catback is the capability to perform far beyond the point that the factory exhaust. All of this plus the direct fitment and straight forward installation leads to our Turner Race Inspired Catback exhaust being the clear answer in your mission to find the best exhaust for your S58 powered G80 or G82.

The E46 M3 is an amazing looking car right out of the box but a common BMW issue is the height of the front vs rear bumpers. As far back as the E30, the front bumper is much lower than the rear bumper and the E46 M3 faces the same issue. With this problem the front bumper is always super low to the ground and the rear bumper looks in-complete. The ECS add-on diffuser is a unique option for balancing out the rear bumper with the height of the front bumper for a full and complete look.

Finally the answer to your E36 exhaust woes! Upgrade from your old, crusty or quiet exhaust that lacks the OOMPH you want to hear when stepping on the gas. Our crew at Turner have been describing this exhaust with words like “symphony” and “hearty” with its smooth and low frequency tone. This is the kind of exhaust we stand outside and listen to as our residential test vehicle rolls out from work heading off in the distance while singing the oh so sweet straight six sound.
Our new E36 cat back is a tribute to the E36 M3 in more ways than one. The exhaust features 90s styling exhaust tips to compliment the sharp yet rudimentary body lines. Just like the E36 our exhaust was designed to be raw, straight to the point, lightweight and timeless.
To accomplish these goals our engineers rev’d up their creativity and went straight to work. Adapting straight to the mid-pipes our engineers transformed the lackluster 2.0” tubing and stepped up to a true-dual 2.5” exhaust with an integrated x-pipe to smooth out the flow and fine tune the exhaust note just how we wanted. Towards the rear of the vehicle you will find a light-weight and perfectly spec’d muffler featuring fabricated sheet metal hangers, slash cut integrated tips and achieves a fine-tuned exhaust note.
We can only hope the community enjoys this exhaust as much as we at Turner enjoy it. As a part of the community, we are excited to offer this awesome exhaust for all to enjoy.
Non-M Fitment:
Although we designed this exhaust specifically for the M3 model we felt it was a shame to rob this exhaust opportunity from the Non-M E36 owners. Face it, every straight six deserves a sweet exhaust. If you or your fellow enthusiasts feel so inclined our exhaust can be fitted to all standard 6 cylinder E36s. ** For non-m E36s you will have to slightly bend the exhaust hangers to get perfect fitment in the non-m rear bumper/diffuser. **

Why the upgrade?
By now your E36 M3 is approaching 30 years of age and you have a few possible exhaust situations:
- One of the options is you still have the factory exhaust and it is at the end of its life, it could be covered in rust and unsightly or packed solid with soot deposits which is not helping the weight, flow or tone of your exhaust.

Replace the Achilles heel of your factory cooling system with a stout and reliable mechanical thermostat setup.
The factory E46 thermostat housing is a combined unit featuring a plastic housing and a built in thermostat that you cannot replace separately. These plastic all-in-one units are commonly know to crack or fail causing a headache, a trip on the tow truck and possible damage to your engine.
Taking cues from the reliable M50 thermostat setup we designed a an assembly that not only converts your plastic housing into a billet aluminum unit but also swaps out the integrated thermostat for a separate replaceable thermostat. The ability to swap out thermostats separately from the whole housing opens up doors to changing thermostats to different temperature ratings based on your application while also providing lower maintenance costs. No longer do you have to replace the whole housing but just the thermostat itself.
The billet housing is designed to be utilized with E46 M3 upper and lower radiator hoses and also features -16 ORB connections for custom radiator hoses. A major upgrade from the factory and aftermarket plastic units. Our thermostat housing kit can be used by the savvy daily driver or the track hero who wants to ensure the durability of their cooling system.

Take your N55 to the next level and show the S55 drivers who is boss with our Turner Race-Inspired Catback. This light weight and free flowing exhaust boasts a smooth, clean, and rowdy exhaust note. Although the N55 found in the F chassis of BMW features a loud "cold start" once the car is warmed up the exhaust lacks character and volume. The twin scroll turbo featured on your M2 does a great job of limiting the volume on the factory exhaust but we want to hear the exhaust! No more boring and subtle exhaust, in comes our Turner catback to drop weight, get rid of restrictions and release the full engine and turbo sounds!
When you are shopping for an F87 M2 you have two options to choose from. Your choice can be the standard M2 with the N55 engine or the M2 Competition that comes equipped with the S55. The best part about either the competition or non-comp M2 is you are still getting the "M" suspension, characteristics and drive. From our experience there is not a big trade off between the two models that can justify the price difference. With the N55 you get a lighter weight and extremely capable weapon. Paired with an intake, tune, and the our lightweight exhaust the M2 is not a car to be messed with.

Performance Catback Exhaust for pure unrestricted power and sound. This exhaust takes out all of the stop gates and pairs with the S58 for an iconic driving experience.
If you have driven an S58 car, even in stock form it feels like the sky is the limit.(If you haven't driven one, we are not sure why you are even looking into this exhaust)
When your driving an S58 equipped car such as the G80 M3 you can put your foot to the floor and it feels like the car would keep going and going, possibly with no limit. The G80 driving experience is great but there is always room for improvement. if dropping over 40lbs from just your exhaust and the gain in flow alone aren't enough to sell you, no problem. From enhancing the exhaust with smoother flow paths and taking out the bulky and restrictive muffler we saw gains up to 10hp and 14lb of torque on the stock ecu with zero tuning. Now that there are options for plug and play tunes as well as unlocking your ECU for custom tuning there is a much larger upside for power improvements. You will have to find the other restrictions holding you back from more power because it wont be the exhausts fault, this is as free flowing as it gets.

Designed specifically for your chassis these F3x lowering springs feature a linear style spring similar to a coilover. The issue with coilovers is the rough ride due to a drastic drop and much higher spring rates. When you have higher spring rate like coilovers it takes much more force to compress the spring which leads to a much more rigid ride. ECS lowering springs provide a happy medium between the factory suspension and coilover suspension. These springs are stiffer than factory but softer than a coilover spring to achieve the balance of increased performance and aesthetics while retaining a comfortable ride.
What is spring rate?
You may ask yourself "what is the spring rate and how does it affect my ride?" Spring rate is the amount of force needed to compress a spring one inch. For example if you have a spring rate of 300lbs per inch it will take 300lbs of force to compress the spring one inch. An average coilover for your F3x has over 400 lbs/in for the front and over 500 lbs/in for the rear, this means that it will take over 400lbs of force to compress your front spring one inch and over 500lbs of force to compress the rear one inch. The higher the spring rate, the more rigid your ride is going to be. ECS lowering springs for your F3x have a spring rate of 184 lbs/in in the front and 462 lbs/in, an increase over factory but much less than a coilover. You can now both understand and explain the benefits of lowering springs to find the best solution for you.

Our Valved exhaust was designed specifically for your E46 and there are no other options on the market like this. Control the tone and volume of your exhaust with the click of a button. With the valves closed you have a nice low tone and hearty exhaust note. When the valves are open you get complete unrestricted access to sound and power for when your at the track or just in the mood to let it rip.
Our Turner catback features dual 2.0" stainless steel mid-pipes that connect directly to your factory downpipes. Within the mid-pipes is an integrated x pipe for a smooth flowing center section with lower amounts of back pressure which leads to increased performance and a smoother exhaust tone. The 2.0" mid-pipes crossover and flow into a 3" exhaust section and full 3" valved muffler. The muffler features integrated 3" exhaust tips for an aggressive look that fills out your rear diffuser to get the perfect appearance.
Valved exhausts of this caliber can be found on new performance models, super cars and overall cars way above the price ranges of a nice E46. Surprisingly enough some E46's did come with a type of vacuum actuated mufflers which opened and closed the exhaust under certain rpm ranges, unfortunately by now the factory valve is damaged or the muffler no longer actuates. Although the factory valved muffler on E46's were great in theory, there was very little change in tone and was limited by your driving style. Taking notes from the original engineering process from BMW, our engineers revitalized this cool technology and made it better. The final product is a light-weight performance exhaust that features superior valving and show stopping aesthetics!

After your secondary cats the exhaust feeds into a single 3" exhaust pipe which replaces the factory resonator for the best flow and transformation of sound. The large 3" diameter exhaust flows into a full 3" muffler that was designed in-house for the best performance and dampening to achieve the great tone from your N52. In order to compensate for the factory oversized muffler and resonator, this muffler was designed to provide a specific frequency and output that Turner was looking for.

At Turner we are very familiar with the N55 and B58. These are the new generation engines that you you can pull quite a bit of power from quite easily, if you want to put the power to the pavement the factory bushings and reinforcement just wont cut it. With soo many performance parts available for the turbocharged engines, it is very easy to make power but keeping the car under control can be another story. Reduce wheel hop, extend the life of your bearings, and add stability to your chassis!
Our in-house engineers created a solution to help transfer the power to the ground, the result is a simple yet astounding improvement to the performance of your vehicle. The rear diff brace helps put power down by reducing wheel hop and preventing losses during power transfer. With the added rigidity the rear end feels tighter for high speed applications and will extend the life of your choice of OE or aftermarket bushings.
Soft factory rubber differential bushings absorb vibrations between the chassis and differential, providing comfort and softness for normal driving conditions. As these bushings wear you will experience lackluster performance/response and they will need to be replaced. You can extend the life of these bushings while providing increased chassis stability with our differential brace for your F chassis. Add new poly differential bushings for an even better experience (T#:656153)

We designed our G80 M3 Carbon Fiber front lip in-house in efforts to perfectly compliment the aggressive factory styling of the BMW G80. Our engineers made every effort to give our front lip "OEM+" styling, featuring more aggressive protrusion, higher kick winglets, extra spacing between the center of the bumper and the lip surface. The photos we have featured on this product page should speak for themselves - the front lip just looks right on the G80. This piece is constructed from beautiful 2x2 twill carbon fiber with a gloss finish. We kept installation in mind with our design, taking care to use factory bumper mounting locations. Our impressions of the S58 powered M car reference both motorsport and luxury so we wanted to incorporate both aspects into all of or exterior components including our carbon rear diffuser. Having a skid plate/splash guard has more purpose than you would believe. The skid plate is used to not only protect your underbody from rogue debris damaging the oil pan, but the other great benefit is protecting your drive belts and pulleys! When you open your hood and look down in front of your engine you see a series of drive belts and most likely you can see straight to the ground where there was originally a splash guard. At Turner, all our Carbon Fiber Intake Systems are top-of-the-line custom-engineered products that we develop in house. Our S65 Intake is no exception. Turner Carbon Fiber Intakes start with a 3D scan of the factory intake and engine bay. Our engineers use these 3D images of the chassis to design the intake in SolidWorks modeling software. Using a Flow Bench, our Intake is then airflow tested against the factory intake, to ensure optimal airflow improvement against stock. The final product is a beautiful and functional Carbon Fiber Intake, CAD designed for perfect integration with the OEM inlet ducting and stock mounting locations and proven to flow better than factory.
Our Turner S65 Carbon Intake is a monster that perfectly compliments the high revving 4.0l V8 engine. The intake benefits start right at the motor; directly connected to the plenum is a full carbon intake tube with a substantially larger cross sectional area with smooth transitions which results in more airflow available to the engine in high demand scenarios. The inlet tube mounts securely to the full carbon heat shield and is mounted in factory airbox locations while retaining the factory cold air induction tract from the hood. Housed inside the heat shield is a behemoth cone filter to ensure proper filtration and maximize airflow. Turner's S65 intake is designed with air flow in mind and features a roaring induction sound. This intake flows like no other, during testing our intake outperformed the flowbench at over 750CFM, a massive improvement over the factory intake.

At Turner Motorsport, all our Carbon Fiber Intake Systems are top-of-the-line custom-engineered products that we developed in house. Our engineers took it upon themselves to design a prettier, cost effective Carbon Fiber Intake Plenum for S65 owners to compliment our E9x Carbon Fiber Intake System while retaining OEM features. Our S65 Carbon Intake Plenum is no different. Our Carbon Fiber Intakes start with a 3D scan of the factory intake and engine bay. Our Engineers use these 3D images of the chassis to design the intake plenum in SolidWorks modeling software. Using a Flow Bench, the Intake Plenum is then airflow tested against the factory intake, to ensure optimal airflow improvement against stock. The final product is a beautiful and functional Carbon Fiber Intake Plenum, CAD designed for perfect integration with the OEM inlet ducting and stock mounting locations. Our Carbon fiber Intake trumpets flow an average of 13 CFM over the stock BMW intake.
Our E9X M3 S65 Carbon Fiber Intake Plenum is made from 100% high grade prepreg 2x2 twill weave carbon including the internal trumpets, this plenum replaces the OEM plastic plenum allowing the naturally aspirated BMW V8 engine to generate more inductions sounds taking the driving experience of the M3 to a whole new level. The raw V8 rumble gives the M3 an almost CSL like sound and is truly an intoxicating experience. We went through several iterations using different carbon thicknesses to fine tune the sound and the resulting plenum generates an almost unbelievable induction volume and tone.
Our Carbon Fiber Intake Plenum can be used with the OEM airbox or any aftermarket intake system. Paired with our E9X M3 intake system, you're sure to upgrade the look and sound of your S65 engine.

Here at Turner our mission was to amplify the F80/F82 with a proper exhaust system. To accomplish this goal, our engineers increased flow, reduced weight by 49lbs, and delivered an exhaust system that captures the full unrestricted sound of the sonorous twin turbo inline-6 S55 engine. The increase in flow was gained from dual 2.5" titanium exhaust pipes that feed into one of the best designed mufflers on the market. Our engineers specifically designed the muffler with flow in mind to ensure that even with the exhaust valves closed, our muffler flows and sounds better than the stock muffler. Weight reduction is achieved by replacing the factory piping with lightweight Ti22 titanium and Ti22 mufflers for the most weight advantage possible. The best part of the full titanium exhaust is the capability to control just how aggressive you want to your exhaust to sound, far beyond the point that the factory exhaust is able to perform. All of this plus the direct fitment and straight forward installation leads to our Titanium exhaust being the clear answer in your mission to find the best exhaust for your S55 powered F80 or F82.
