Performance Catback Exhaust for pure unrestricted power and sound. This exhaust takes out all of the stop gates and pairs with the S58 for an iconic driving experience.

If you have driven an S58 car, even in stock form it feels like the sky is the limit.(If you haven't driven one, we are not sure why you are even looking into this exhaust)

When your driving an S58 equipped car such as the G80 M3 you can put your foot to the floor and it feels like the car would keep going and going, possibly with no limit. The G80 driving experience is great but there is always room for improvement. if dropping over 40lbs from just your exhaust and the gain in flow alone aren't enough to sell you, no problem. From enhancing the exhaust with smoother flow paths and taking out the bulky and restrictive muffler we saw gains up to 10hp and 14lb of torque on the stock ecu with zero tuning. Now that there are options for plug and play tunes as well as unlocking your ECU for custom tuning there is a much larger upside for power improvements. You will have to find the other restrictions holding you back from more power because it wont be the exhausts fault, this is as free flowing as it gets.

Here at Turner our mission was to amplify the G80/G82 with a proper catback exhaust system. To accomplish this goal, our engineers increased flow, reduced weight by 26lbs, and delivered an exhaust system that captures the full unrestricted sound of the sonorous twin turbo inline-6 S58 engine. The increase in flow was gained from dual 3.0" 304 stainless steel exhaust pipes that feed into straight-through free flowing rear section. We specifically designed this catback with flow in mind to ensure the exhaust would never be a restriction. Weight reduction is achieved by replacing the factory piping with lightweight 304ss for a more-than-modest weight advantage. The best part of the Race Inspired catback is the capability to perform far beyond the point that the factory exhaust. All of this plus the direct fitment and straight forward installation leads to our Turner Race Inspired Catback exhaust being the clear answer in your mission to find the best exhaust for your S58 powered G80 or G82.

In order to address this issue, Turner now offers new Performance Adjustable Front Lower Control Arms! These control arms offer multiple benefits over stock control arms, helping to keep your BMW under control and on the track. In order to get the most out of your BMW M3/M4, these new control arms provide roll center, camber, and track width adjustment to dial in your alignment for optimal handling! Additionally, the ball joint angle has been corrected to allow for full articulation. Stainless Steel spacers are provided to correct roll center for lowered vehicles. The use of FK Rod Ends and High Misalignment Spherical Bearings eliminates the flex and binding found in the OEM control arms while allowing smooth articulation. Another great feature of these control arms is the Double Adjuster Lock Down. This allows camber and track width settings to be adjusted and locked in without the use of finicky jam nuts. This double adjuster is machined from 4130 Chromoly; gun-drilled to reduce weight, then electroless nickel plated for corrosion resistance. A ride height sensor bracket is also integrated to maintain factory ride height sensor location, regardless of the length of the arm to keep BMW's chassis electronics happy. At Turner, all our Carbon Fiber Intake Systems are top-of-the-line custom-engineered products that we develop in house. Our G8x Intake is no exception. Turner Carbon Fiber Intakes start with a 3D scan of the factory intake and engine bay. Our engineers use these 3D images of the chassis to design the intake in SolidWorks modeling software. Using a Flow Bench, our Intake is then airflow tested against the factory intake, to ensure optimal airflow improvement against stock. The final product is a beautiful and functional Carbon Fiber Intake, CAD designed for perfect integration with the OEM inlet ducting and stock mounting locations and proven to flow better than factory.

Our G8x carbon fiber airbox sport entirely carbon fiber construction, with a removable carbon fiber lid for easy air filter access. Our enclosed carbon fiber intake systems are also proven to lower intake temps vs. open filter intakes. Plus, they further enhance the appearance of the engine bay, by adding more beautiful carbon fiber. The carbon airbox and lid is manufactured using 2X2 twill weave carbon fiber and protected with a gloss finish clear coat for UV resistance. The Best part? The airbox mount in the stock location with all supplied hardware included.

The oval intake tube design matches the OE look, allowing the intake to be used with the factory structural brackets that the intake goes through. However, the cross-sectional area of the Turner Carbon Fiber intake tube is greater than the stock intake tube, with a smooth interior for even better flow. The carbon intake tube is manufactured using 2X2 twill weave carbon fiber, and the intake tube is protected by a gloss finish clear coat for UV protection.

With the oval design of the intake tube, the custom air filter had to be designed for this intake system. The air filter is specially designed to seal against the carbon fiber airbox, eliminating any opening for hot air to enter the airbox! We created a conical hi-flow reusable air filter; featuring 8 ply oiled cotton gauze construction to maximize filtration efficiency. This filter features a Bellmouth (velocity stack) filter flange inlet to reduce turbulence in order to maximize flow.

Overall, the less restrictive intake design allows for more flow to the engine. The Drivers side Stock intake flows 336.2 CFM @ -15 inH20. The Drivers side Turner intake flows 374.3 CFM @ -15 inH20. This is about a 12% increase over stock The Passenger side stock intake flows 274.2 CFM @ -15 inH20.The Passenger side Turner intake flows 296.3 CFM @ -15 inH20. This is about an 8% increase over stock. Flows over 10% more air than factory intake system!

With the most potent BMW inline-6 to date, the S58, the newest iteration of the M3 has set itself apart from its predecessors; given the option for AWD, a model first, the M3 breaks boundaries long maintained by the quintessential brand icon. Being the signature chassis Dinan modifies, development on the G8x needed to similarly raise the bar and distinguish itself from the pack; a difficult task but one we relished the opportunity to embark upon. After months of comprehensive design and validation, that journey has come to its conclusion for the first of those ambitious aspirations - the Dinan G8x Carbon Fiber Cold Air Intake. Equal parts function, sound, and beauty, the intake not only looks and sounds the part of something special but performs the part as well. With a 12% increase in airflow to the engine without any negative effects on inlet temperatures or pressure, the Dinan G8x system delivers on all fronts. Drawing in more unimpeded air for consumption yields more efficient turbos (less work to make the same power) with the capacity for greater power potential on modified builds. Central to the design and our obsessive-compulsive need for a symmetrical engine bay is a singular plenum that replaces the separated driver and passenger intake ducting on the stock setup. The combination of the two tracks into one enlarged and distinctive shared pathway allows 50% more volume to be achieved in this tight space in addition to simplifying the installation and improving the overall look. The center plenum gives way to enlarged airboxes that house 11% larger cotton air filters delivering superb filtration while maximizing flow. Feeding the filters are the factory grill inlets as well as additional cutouts on the top of each airbox lid. The semi-open design was analyzed extensively to ensure that these additional inlets had no ill effect on temperatures or flow. However, the secondary airbox passages do allow an avenue for the induction soundtrack to escape the confines of its former plastic prison for everyone's benefit. Whether under hard acceleration, deceleration, or just spooling the amplified sounds are sure to make an impression. Beyond improvements to flow and sound, the appearance of the Dinan G8x M2/M3/M4 intake system is unrivaled. One need not do more than take a casual glance to know that care was taken with the system to blend in naturally with the factory engine bay while sufficiently augmenting it to a tier above. Playing off the hard angular edges that are present throughout, the Dinan intake system carefully takes these queues and carries them throughout for a true OEM+ look and feel. A 2x2 twill carbon fiber weave is used throughout and available in either gloss or matte - a first for Dinan, further setting the intake apart from those that came before. Arguably one of the hottest German performance vehicles of the decade, the G8X M3/M4 has quickly become a favorite among enthusiasts and race teams alike. Like most BMWs, the S58 motor has some serious heat issues under heavy driving conditions. CSF has been working tirelessly for the last year on a complete suite of industry-leading cooling products for the G8X platform. Now, with over 9 months of development and testing, CSF is pleased to announce the release of its highly anticipated high-performance G8X M3/M4 Heat Exchanger (CSF #8215) for both 6-Speed Manual (6MT) & ZF8 Automatic Transmissions. When the new M3/M4 was released in late 2020, it didn’t take long to see them hit the track. CSF’s Engineers and Motorsports department was in attendance for some of the first track days that local R&D Partners & Premier Dealers Studio RSR and Art of Attack took their new G8Xs to. The results were not all that surprising. Similar to the 2nd Gen B58 cars (A90 Supra & BWM G2X), the S58 had major issues with heat soak. This overheating of the intercooler system causes a large spike in Intake Air Temperatures (IATs). Subsequently, the ECU started pulling timing which decreases power output. In extreme cases, this can also send the car into limp mode. This problem became even more prevalent as testing continued into the hot summer months. CSF’s industry-leading reputation and deep knowledge of high-performance BMW cooling systems allowed its engineers to immediately identify the cooling weak spots on the S58 engine. The engine is very similar to the B58 in the A90 Supra and G-Series BMW 40i models. Both feature a liquid-to-air charge cooler manifold paired with a front mount heat exchanger (water radiator). The Heat Exchanger cools the fluid cycling through the charge cooler, dissipating heat from the system. Because the charge cooler is built into the manifold, it’s extremely expensive to replace with a high-performance unit. While CSF has developed a high-performance billet charge-air manifold for the S58 Motor (CSF #8233), the heat exchanger is still the most cost-effective way to bring down charge-air temps. The Front Mount Heat Exchanger is responsible for removing heat from the chair-air cooling system and is now recommended as a critical bolt-on upgrade. The CSF Heat Exchanger features a 2-Row (vs OEM single row) Core that is 42mm thick with CSF’s Exclusive B-Tube Technology. Increasing the size of the core and end tanks adds to the overall volume of the system which helps absorb more heat. Since the G80/G82 M3 was designed to make impressive power in stock form (and loads more with upgrades) these cars feature some heavy-duty cooling hardware. In order to keep oil temperatures down (something many late model M cars have struggled with) requires a large oil cooler. BMW engineers positioned the oil cooler quite low under the car, positioned horizontally - an aerodynamic design that creates a vacuum force while driving, drawing heat from the oil cooler. The issue some of the vehicle owners have experienced is road debris from small branches to chunks of ice that have impacted the OE belly pan hard enough to crack the oil cooler draining the car's oil rapidly. Being one of the lowest points of the car, even a close encounter with a parking block can mean the end of the road for the factory belly pan - and oil cooler. Damage to the belly pan means reduced cooling, which can result in dangerously high engine temperatures. Once the belly pan is damaged, there is no longer any protection for the oil cooler, meaning damage to the cooler and a catastrophic loss in oil pressure may be right around the corner.

We designed our G80 M3 Carbon Fiber front lip in-house in efforts to perfectly compliment the aggressive factory styling of the BMW G80. Our engineers made every effort to give our front lip "OEM+" styling, featuring more aggressive protrusion, higher kick winglets, extra spacing between the center of the bumper and the lip surface. The photos we have featured on this product page should speak for themselves - the front lip just looks right on the G80. This piece is constructed from beautiful 2x2 twill carbon fiber with a gloss finish. We kept installation in mind with our design, taking care to use factory bumper mounting locations. We've also included an optional mounting tab in the center of the lip for the use of a self-tapper.

This is the front lip you have been waiting for - aggressive OEM+ styling finished in beautiful 2x2 twill gloss carbon fiber. Front splitters/lips are an important aerodynamic upgrade that not only changes the look of your car, but also helps to create downforce, improving your vehicles overall handling at higher speeds.
