This intake kit replaces your restrictive factory air box. It features 1.6mm powder-coated steel heat shield, trim sealed to seal out hot engine air, and a custom aFe brand cotton filter.
By removing your stock intake air box, you are removing the most restrictive portion of your M3's intake system, increasing both horse power and torque, improving acceleration as well as throttle response.
This version uses aFe's highest flowing filter media, which uses a lightly oil gauze to filter out dirt and particulates, while allowing more air to flow to the intake. For the best flowing filter, with the best performance gain, we always recommend this standard aFe filter media (often called "Pro5R ", which has a blue pre-oiled filter media). We also carry this filter in the "ProDry" grey filter media, which is oil-free for only slightly less performance and no maintenance.

K&N's air filters allow increased airflow - dirt and particles stick to the oil on these filters, making them more effective than traditional paper filters in terms of protection. This is a high quality reproduction of the Euro-only model E46 M3 CSL style front bumper cover spoiler. Unlike the stock E46 M3 style bumper, this CSL style has no fog light openings, and a single duct on the driver's side that can be made to function as a cold air intake inlet/duct. The bumper is made of polypropylene (PP) plastic, just like a factory BMW bumper covers. It also features pre-installed carbon fiber lips, very much in keeping with the factory CSL part. Best of all, this CSL-inspired bumper is available for only a fraction of what a real CSL bumper would sell for -- the BMW dealers themselves are forbidden from ordering genuine CSL parts anymore, making the "real thing" even harder to come by. This bumper comes as shown, primed ready to prep and paint. Includes US license plate mount (bumper is pre-drilled to accpet the license plate mount). The screen for the intake hole is not included but can be added from the options below. Professional paint and installation is highly recommended.

Bilstein has teamed up with Eibach to offer matched shock and spring packages. These Eibach springs are mated to a special set of Bilstein shocks to deliver a sporty and taut ride with as little impact on ride comfort as possible.
The Pro Kit uses an Eibach Pro Kit spring with Bilstein's Sport shocks and struts. Instead of taking parts from different manufacturers, Bilstein has tested the performance of the Eibach spring and tailored their shocks to be a true match for the new spring rate and ride height. This is known as a matched shock and spring and very few tuning companies take these extra steps. Eibach springs tend to be softer overall than most other aftermarket springs, which ensures the ride stays close to a stock comfort while still giving you a lowered stance and improved handling.
Bilstein B12 Features:
Most cars don't need coil overs to improve their handling and bodyroll. For most drivers, simply replacing the shocks and springs with performance versions will meet their goals. If your shocks need replacing, and you felt the handling could be improved a little bit, this is an excellent performance suspension for you.

Worn rubber differential mounts will lead to the differential twisting and shifting around in the rear subframe. Not only will this be noisy but it's bad for driver confidence and bad for the chassis as well. Even on fresh rubber bushings the differential has deflection and twist, especially if the car has been modified for more torque. Since the differential is centrally mounted in the rear subframe, with all suspension mounts interconnected, a differential with too much deflection will affect handling and could even damage the rear subframe.
These 88A urethane E46 M3 diff mounts are much stiffer than stock but still not as solid as our Turner aluminum/Delrin bushings. This set will resist twisting much better than the stock rubber mounts. Included is the front diff mount and two rear mounts in the cover.
These 2-piece floating rotors help dissipate heat better than a standard cast iron rotor and are also lighter for less unsprung weight. Managing heat in the brake system is vital to braking performance, especially on the track or when driven hard. It's why your brake rotors have internal vanes that vent heat as the rotor spins. These 2-piece ECS rotors feature an outer cast iron friction surface ring that is separate from the aluminum center hat. This allows better airflow through the vanes and for the friction ring can expand as it gets hot. The rotors are also cross-drilled for better ventilation and slotted to improve brake pad performance.

These are the same size as the stock rotors so your stock caliper and mounting bracket will fit and there will be no clearance issues with your wheels or to other components. Stainless steel rotor retaining screws are included. You can use these with any brake pad.

The rear subframe is the heart of the BMW rear suspension. Not only do all of the suspension arms attach to it, the driveline runs through it via the differential and half-shafts. Therefore, a track-prepped E46 should never see any flex or deflection in any of the subframe mounts. Excessive movement here transfers to unwanted suspension motions elsewhere and is also a major contributor to failures in the rear floor sheetmetal.

Supersprint revised their rear muffler designs to offer this 'Generation 2' version - smaller body and freer flow than the standard Supersprint muffler but quieter and more civilized than the full Lightweight Racing mufflers. These Supersprint metallic sport cats are for the E46 M3 with Supersprint's own stepped headers. The piping is slightly oversized and the Supersprint sport cats are much freer-flowing than a traditional stock cat. With less restriction, less effort is required to move the exhaust gasses which will free up horsepower and torque. This cat section will only mount to the Supersprint full stepped headers (p/n 044001) and then to any section 2. These cats are built with O2 sensor bungs pre-installed after the cat if you wanted to extend your stock post-cat O2 sensors (however, special software may still be needed).

HJS is now a worldwide leader in sport cat technology and performance. Rally cars, German DTM, and Formula 3 all rely on HJS for clean, reliable horsepower. Stock rubber front control arm bushings are designed to allow significant fore/aft movement of the front wheels to help absorb road impacts. This soft flexible design maximizes daily driving comfort and helps to add the “luxury” feeling to your BMW, but it is far from ideal for the performance or racing enthusiast that is looking for optimal handling and braking performance. Being a bonded rubber bushing that is constantly twisting and deflecting when in use, stock rubber bushings really take a beating and often fail prematurely, resulting in further degraded handling, braking shimmy or even clunking felt under your feet.
In the past, the only upgrade option to improve handling of your E46 M3 was to replace the stock rubber with poly bushings, or delrin bushings that wear prematurely and are not serviceable or rebuild-able. While well-designed poly bushings can vastly improve handling characteristics and offer good road feel with minimal increase to NVH, they are still a compromise when it comes to ultimate handling and braking performance.
Introducing the new Turner Front Control Arm Spherical Bearings! The Turner engineering team set out to design a no-compromise solution that requires no modification and offers instantaneous cornering and braking response. Here at Turner we understand the importance of an upgrade that will get the results you need on the track and still be tolerable on the drive around town. When it comes to control arms on the track, making them as stiff as you can (usually using solid mounts) is the best way to increase your driving precision by eliminating the deflection of rubber. The next best thing to create a balance would be to stiffen up the control arm with polyurethane, giving you the option of a more stock like feel with 80a or closer to the solid feel with 95a durometers. These poly bushings will give your control arms a direct connection between your suspension and the body of the car eliminating the slop felt under take-off and braking so you feel more in control of your vehicle.

Here at Turner we understand the importance of an upgrade that will get the results you need on the track and still be tolerable on the drive around town. When it comes to control arms on the track, making them as stiff as you can (usually using solid mounts) is the best way to increase your driving precision by eliminating the deflection of rubber. The next best thing to create a balance would be to stiffen up the control arm with polyurethane, giving you the option of a more stock like feel with 80a or closer to the solid feel with 95a durometers. These poly bushings will give your control arms a direct connection between your suspension and the body of the car eliminating the slop felt under take-off and braking so you feel more in control of your vehicle.

Considering the belly pan that comes on the E46 M3 is designed from plastic, the risk of damage is much greater for any low mounted coolers and hoses. Even the cost of replacing an original belly pan is enough to be committed to a more permanent design.
We wanted to offer something that would protect all of the underside engine components, on both street cars and modified track cars you never know when something will pop up in the way. Something as mundane as a parking block or roadkill can damage a plastic belly pan - we’ve all seen drooping, damaged belly pans and resulting filthy engine bays.
Our engineers paid close attention to fitment in all areas including radiator support and fender liners. Durability is ensured with a center plate manufactured from 8 gauge 5052 aluminum with 3/16” frame supports. Installation is simple, with the only modification required is adding rivet nuts to existing holes in the frame, allowing for a rigid product.

BR Series coilovers are the most popular and versatile option offered by BC racing, offering features such as 30-level dampening adjustment (simultaneous compression and rebound control), linear springs where possible, and a minimum of 2 inches ride height drop. To ensure performance, comfort, and quality, all BR Series kits are Dyno tested during the design stage to determine the best valving and spring rates, then installed and tested for a minimum of 6 months. This kit features mounts and brackets that are fully compatible with all stock mounting points and components.
The upper shock/strut mounts are all constructed of 6061-T6 Aluminum for strength and weight savings. BC Racing design 1 of 3 types of upper mounts for each vehicle: Caster/Camber Plates (+/- 3* camber), Camber Plates (+/- 3* camber), and Rubber Mount Plates (NVH reduction). The included mount option for this kit is shown in the kit specs and features below.
Lower shock mounts are powder coated for corrosion protection and constructed of either 6061-T6 aluminum that has been milled from a single piece (fork or bolt eye mount) or of STKM13C steel with all brackets welded robotically.
The included springs come in one of 3 styles: linear, S-barrel, and V-barrel. Linear springs are used in most applications unless limited by the OE design that does not allow the use of linear springs. All spring options are made from SAE9254 steel and have a zinc coating applied under the powder coating for increased spring corrosion protection and long term reliability.
All shock bodies used in the BR Series coilovers use a 53mm shock body (unless noted otherwise) for added strength, performance, and increased fluid capacity. All shocks are then powder coated black chrome for clean styling and corrosion protection.

Rear Axle Carrier Panel (RACP) failure is a well-documented issue that plagues all BMW E46 models. Due to thin sheet metal mounting, the forces applied during cornering, acceleration, and braking create stress fractures in the carrier panel, resulting in large cracks or breaks that risk the structural integrity of your chassis. To fix this issue, many enthusiasts opt to install weld-in reinforcement plates on the underside of the RACP. While this remedies the formation of additional stress cracks and adds rigidity to failure-prone areas, it does not prevent the entire carrier panel from flexing during high-performance driving.

How It Works:
During performance driving, the Rear Axle Carrier Panel (RACP) must react the forces of longitudinal and lateral accelerations. During forward acceleration, the differential transmits torque through the subframe to the RACP, forcing the rearmost subframe mounting points downward. This downward movement flexes the carrier panel, reducing its ability to handle torque efficiently. By linking the rearmost subframe mounting points to the rear shock towers, downward flex is restricted, resulting in improved torque transfer and stability. Alternatively, high-grip cornering generates lateral acceleration (side-to-side) forces across the RACP. Similar to how a rear strut brace functions, connecting the rear shock towers helps to counteract these forces. Adding the subframe to this connection further reduces lateral loads, eliminating side-to-side flex and enhancing overall stability.

The ECS Tuning Center Support Bearing Brace is engineered to improve drivetrain performance and longevity. The factory center support bearing features internal an internal rubber bushing to reduce NVH (noise, vibration, and harshness) transmission to the cabin. Unfortunately, this material choice falls short when it comes to performance applications. Under extreme load conditions, this bushing is prone to flexing, resulting in driveshaft misalignment. To address the shortcomings of the factory rubber center support carrier design, ECS engineers developed a set of precision-fit, split polyurethane bushings that secure tightly around the existing driveshaft bearing. Constructed from 30A durometer polyurethane, this material eliminates bushing deflection while maintaining minimal noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH). By eliminating deflection, this innovative solution not only improves durability but also ensures a significantly longer service life than the OEM center support bearing—making it an excellent upgrade for aging BMW chassis.
The polyurethane bushings are surrounded by a robust 6061-T6 billet aluminum bracket designed with strength and reliability in-mind. This bracket features a split design for hassle-free installation, eliminating the need to remove the driveshaft assembly entirely. To install the ECS Center Support Carrier, simply cut around your existing bearing, remove the factory brace, and clamp on your new bushings and bracket. This user-friendly approach saves time and simplifies maintenance or upgrades. Two stainless steel socket head screws are used to fasten the two-piece bracket, offering corrosion resistance and secure clamping under high torque and stress.
